§  15-day notice prior to any future price changes

§  In cases where freight is prepaid by OCI, any applicable fuel surcharges shall be added as a separate line item on all invoices.

§  An energy surcharge will be applied as a separate line item on invoices as follows:

The surcharge will be adjusted quarterly based on the three-month forward average NYMEX Henry Hub gas price.  We will use the closing price as of the 15^th of the month prior to the beginning of each calendar quarter.  The following table will be used for the quarterly adjustments:

  $8.00 - $8.99/MMBtu                      $1.50/ton

  $9.00 - $9.99/MMBtu                      $3.00/ton

      $10.00/MMBtu and above               $3.00 + $1.50/ton for each $1.00/MMBtu increase above $9.00/MMBtu
